I HAVE A 1995 CHEVY TRUCK WITH 200,000 MILES ON IT AND A STRIPPED OUT OIL PLUG HOLE. WASN'T READY TO REPLACE OIL PAN BECAUSE NOTHING ELSE LEAKS OIL!!! I FITTED A 1/2 BY 11/16 SNAP-TITE PLUG INTO THE OIL DRAIN HOLE WITH THE EXPANSION ADJUSTMENT AND IT WORKED LIKE A CHAMPION.....THIS PLUG WAS A GREAT PURCHASE AND MY PROBLEM WAS SOLVED!!!John C.

At first i thought this was the wrong size until i read that its adjustable. This fits when adjusted to the size that it says its for. The rubber is a soft-medium rubber. This works for a wet saw drain pan (chicago or harbor freight brand) 7in. where there is no replacement drain plugs.

Seems like something insignificant, but after trying a few other plugs, this one stands out among the rest. The cam action is really smooth,easy and solid,and it holds incredibly well. Very nicely made and far more secure than the one it's replacing.
