The way the battery is made, it’s a little difficult to disconnect the battery from the lead. It could have been engineered better. People with bigger hands will experience this.Otherwise, they work as advertised.

I moved from the Carolinas to Idaho. I am not against having cold weather or snow, but my fingertips just freeze. I love to shovel, but can't stay out long because of my fingers. Bought sooooo many gloves that promised warmth, but nothing worked. Finally bought this and OMG, I can stay outside forever! Once my fingers are warmed up, I can actually put on other gloves for the duration! Highly recommend!

I really wanted to like these gloves but ultimately decided to return them after a single use. They are very well insulated and almost don't need the heating capability, however, they don't appear designed for longevity and the battery life is relatively short. The batteries go into the front of the glove under the wrist in a velcro-closed pocket. I absolutely believe the velcro hooks will wear out in less than a season. Worse, the charging cable requires the batteries to be individually disconnected from the gloves and then insert the charger into the same port. Normally not a problem but the connection is so snug that I greatly fear ultimate failure of the battery cord as a result of daily charging. Finally, on a 20F day, I put the gloves on low for about 1 1/2 hours and then medium heat for another half hour. I then went up to high heat and the batteries died within 30 minutes. 2 1/2 hours total seems way too short. Returned for refund.

I got to test these gloves shortly after I received them when a snow storm blew in with freezing temperatures. I turned the heat on, but I did not need to keep it on because the gloves, without the heat, are warm enough. I will use the heated part more when I am walking and not working so hard.

Gloves fit great! They are a little bulky but did not affect the grip on my ski poles. It was 20 degrees on the mountain and I only used the heater function when I first started. They will keep your hands warm for sure!

I wear L or XL and the medium were a perfect snug fit for my hands... Too bad I bought these for my girlfriend! I had to get the small. Looks like good quality!

I purchased these gloves because if l wear regular gloves my finger tips freeze within 10 minutes and its very painful. I may have Raynaud's syndrome. These gloves heat up fast and keep my hands warm during dog walks. I usually have them on the high setting and wear them for about 2 hours so l find its best to charge them up every night, the batteries are not heavy and easy to remove .The gloves are well made and look great. I purchased a different pair of heated gloves for my husband from a different company and promptly returned them. They were cheaply made and the sizing was off. I then bought him a pair of these and he is very happy with them. I will say that when our temperatures were -17 to -25 my hands started to get cold so if you do have Raynaud's or arthritis be mindful of how long you can comfortably wear them. I rarely do Amazon reviews but l definitely felt these gloves deserved a positive review. Fast forward to a year later l am no longer impressed with my gloves. The cold weather is back so l started wearing my gloves again. The temperatures are around o to minus 5 c which is not that cold yet my gloves are not keeping my hands warm. They do heat up fast but don't maintain the heat. I try o put them on the medium setting to save the battery life but l am not feeling any warmth . When they are on the high setting they only last about one hour when they are suppose to last for two hours on high. L contacted the company with my concerns and their website states they will contact their customers within 24 hours. That was 5 days ago and l haven't heard a word from them. After reading numerous reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue whereby the company DOES NOT bother to contact you. I understand these gloves are under warranty for a year and l contacted them close to that time but l still expected some explanation. When you think about it l only wore my gloves for 5 months last year so why are they failing??? I'm sure that like myself why would l take a chance and even purchase a new battery at over $60 to see if that is the problem or is there something wrong with the gloves themselves?? l guess l will never know .Why would anyone want to have to purchase new gloves every year at a cost of $150.00 . I just want to advise customers what they may be up against. l personally will not purchase them again. Buyer beware.
