I already have this model and its a good reel so I bought another. Price was very good. However, when reel arrived, I noticed that the screw on the handle didnt have a head. Doesnt effect performance as the handle is secure. Contacted snowbee and good customer service and sent me out a new reel handle. But this type of thing does really irritate me and seems to be common and flyfishing tackle which cheap. I wish things where inspected before they leave the factory!UPDATE!!! I have upgraded this to 4 star as I contacted snowbee, and they sent me out a new reel handle straight away. To be honest, the existing reel handle is fine, it just seems to have a different screw head to the one in the pic. The reel is very good and at an excellent price here on Amazon.
