One came dented they replaced it overnight! They are not thick like yeti cups and probably a little less tough. Stronger than glass but I wouldnt be throwing them around. BUT THATS WHAT I WANTED! A thin rim easy to drink out of, no metal flavor, no temp transfer between the inside and your hands. They are really pretty too. I feel classy drinking from them.

For homemade cocktails over a large single ice cube these are pretty darn sweet . Nice feel in the hand and a rubbery nonskid base add to the primo feel. Got some of the tall ones that work great keeping my beers cold here in the Florida warmth . These are the perfect size for your adult libations as well . Good buy. Good bye. Cheers .

In all fairness I did not read the care instructions for the set of glasses I bought where it clearly states if your glasses are colored don’t put them in the dishwasher; yet I did. Like a dope. I contacted customer service and let them know I saw the finish coming off on the rim of the glass. They immediately responded to my text and looked at the picture I submitted and asked politely if I had put the glass in the dishwasher. When I said honestly that I had, they let me know that it wasn’t supposed to go in the dishwasher per the care instructions on the box. I was willing to accept my mistake and move on but they offered a replacement glass free of charge and that’s exactly what they did even providing tracking information via usps. These guys are great and I would recommend anything they offer hands down. In regards to the product itself, it’s great. Does what it says, doesn’t sweat and has a built in coaster on the bottom that keeps your glass from sliding.

I bought these cups as a gift, but had the chance to use them as well. They keeps beverages very cold, no sweating. They’re very light weight and looks nice as well.

These do everything I wanted. Keep drinks cold and ice hardly melts. No slip bottoms are a plus. However, they just areN't fun to drink from. If they had a smoother lip it would be worth the 5th star.

Awesome. Keeps drinks ice cold for VERY LONG. You can also put it in the fridge or freezer and it will make a room temperature drink cold. It doesn't condensate on the outside either. Worth every penny. Would recommend. The only thing I don't like is that you get a discount coupon when you buy something, but I bought all my items at the same time, so can't even use it.
