Why It Doesn't Work?
Step 1: Before first use, please charge lights under direct sunlight without any shelter or glass for 1 sunny day.
Step 2: Please totally cover the solar panel or put lights upside down and press the on/off button to see if lights light up, if not, press again! Lights should work and then install them in your favorite places.
Step 3:The selected location should not be near strong ambient lighting, such as street lights, which may cause the light to turn off automatically because the light sensor inside will detect the light and will not turn on.

Our pool's covered patio bar has a tiki theme, so we were hoping these torches would carry that vibe out around the pool. They are perfect. From a distance they really do resemble a burning flame, and even close up they still give that tiki torch feeling to the area. I hope they last a couple of seasons, but time will tell. Their fire color is an orangy color, a little more to the red compared to our gas fire pit's flames but they look nice together lit up. I was a little concerned that they wouldn't be tall enough for my taste, but they're plenty tall and compliment the surroundings. The one thing I would like to see as an improvement would be a sensitivity control. It comes on when it's the darker part of dusk, and I would prefer it to come on when it's just a little bit lighter outside. Even a manual "on" switch would be helpful so that they could be lit earlier when we have people over. That's only a suggestion and not a complaint, so no stars deducted for it. The quality of the light is nice, and they all four come on as they're supposed to, although at different times spanning two or three minutes. Battery life seems excellent. I onboxed them and set them out around 2pm on a hazy afternoon so I didn't expect them to burn for long that night, but they were all still on when I got up the next morning at 5am. I'm overall very happy with the purchase.UPDATE: It's a little over a year later and I still maintain the 5 star rating, and would give it even more stars for durabilty and reliability if it were possible. They stayed outside around the pool from March 2020 through the summer, as well as staying out there through the winter to the present time. Now in May of 2021 and they still look and work like new. I totally expected at least one or two of them to stop working by now, so I'm very impressed and happy. BTW, I rarely do a review update unless it was a problem involved. This may be the first time I've ever done an update because of how happy I am after a year of use.

I absolutely love these! These are the best solar/torch lights I have ever owned. I had an issue with one, and I reached out to customer service, and they were top notch! Very attentive and quick to respond. My parents came over to my house and loved these so much, they asked for these for Christmas. I ended up buying another box of 4 because I can't get enough of them! They're very realistic. I highly recommend for the style, realism, and the customer service. They stay on from dusk to dawn.

It’s winter time in Florida. I still get about 6 hours of light. They are large frame and I like how open the cage looks; it doesn’t hide a lot of flickering lights.Orange not yellowed.

Received 4 of these as a gift in 2020. Three of them are still working great. The switch in the 4th failed after 3 years. Just bought 8 in this order, and they all work and look great. Always adds a nice touch of home and warmth to an evening backdrop.

Loved the ease of set up, solar charging and effect it gave to staging my Halloween luau theme. I am disappointed the 4 pack I ordered only included extenders and joints for 3 of the tiki torches. So close to Halloween and didn’t have time to send back, complain or ask for the extenders needed for the 4th torch. I improvised and was able to use all four torches with height adjustments utilizing the extenders that came with the delivery. Would recommend the Tiki Torches to anyone wanting a large tiki torch that puts out a nice flickering flame light effect. Didn’t leave them out when weather called for snow. Very pleased with cost, ease of UV solar charging, light output, light duration and different height options.

I purchased 4 of these a year ago and I've had endless compliments from neighbours walking past and the torches ended up getting stolen recently so I guess someone else loved them too and thought they needed them more than I did :( I purchased 4 more without hesitation. They go for hours and create a gorgeous glow in my garden at night.

I've had heaps of compliments about these torches and they do look like real flames! The only problem is that 1 torch doesn't come on automatically. I did try moving it around the garden to see if there was something stopping it coming on in the other spot such as more light or something but it didn't make any difference, I have to activate it myself by putting my hand over the solar panel. I'm not returning it to the USA from Australia but I was given a refund for the faulty one so I'm happy.

These light up nice and bright at night and look realistic. By day, they’re ugly plastic. They’re also a bit short, even with both tubes.
