Although the remotes it came with didn’t work, the solar lights work just fine. I got these for my chicken coop and are just the right brightness. They’re not spectacularly bright at night but it gives me enough so I can clearly see into the coop.

These are a good option and so far, work well in the chicken run where there is no power. (but it is covered from direct rain). fixture is under a covered area. It's some light but not big bright light. They obviously perform according to the sunlight that charges them. Good value and we are glad to have them for a bit of extra light. Would be great on a covered porch for power outages. We have had these for some months but less than a year at the time of this review. Good value for our needs and would purchase these again.

First night of install it turned on automatically and was very bright, but only one of the lights turned on.Second night of install both lights worked, awesome!Third night none worked.Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. The sunniest of days doesn’t matter.

Decent lights only issue is they only work at night. You have to cover light sensor to use in the day time.

I got tired of trying to guess the right door key on a darkened porch every night so I bought these to hang from the porch ceiling. They have different brightness settings. I have them on low which is perfect for my needs. They work even after 3 or more cloudy days. I have the solar panel facing south. Very pleased with these.

Very small, probably between 6" in diameter, it is not what they show in the photos, It is almost like a toy lamp, which I think is suitable for a tent while camping, or a small 4x10 chicken coop I have. The automatic feature works fine but forget about the settings of 8 and 5 hours stay on feature. With a full and total power charge, it only stays on for 3 hours 1/2 as it starts to go out. The remote control only works 3-4 feet from the actual lamp. very easy to install... Overall and in my opinion. A toy lamp...

Bought these lights for my chicken coop. They were a perfect touch to the co-op, since there's no electric running to it. Ten out of ten recommend

I set the panel up on the south side of my chicken pen roof. Really like the arm it attaches to, because that gives the panel a little extra reach to gather sun if you've got it under a small awning. I charged it for about 9 hours today before turning these lights on. As you can see they do an amazing job of lighting up my duck and chicken pens in full dark, if you look closely you can even see the little dish hanging from the middle of the duck pen roof. The remotes have to be pointed at the battery panel and it took me pointing it at all 3 things to figure that out lol.
