I bought these as replacements for the Solary Magnetic Magnetic Induction Heater Kit. The wires are covered with a cloth material. After a few uses the cover becomes brittle and flakes off. These are good replacements and worked as expected.

I ordered the wrong ones, but they work just fine for the applications they're intended for. If you order the correct ones, they'll do what they're intended to do. If you order the wrong ones, you might need to mangle them a bit to make them work.

These have the insulation that lasts longer than 1 or 2 uses, i purchased the ones that have like white colored insulation and the insulation wears off after the first and second use. And no i due know not to touch metal with them.
