This part worked flawless got me back on the water fishing very easy to install,, it fit my 2001 murcary 50hp 2 stroke outboard I've had no issues and still starting my Triton jst fine I do recommend if you need this part🙂

Definitely not a part for 1996 mercury outboard 60hp. No where near the correct size. Waste of money and time on part that the seller clearly has no idea what it fits on.

Mounting bracket didn't line up with my mercury 25hp outboard motor. Had to improvise take old one off and switch out. Needless it works but not perfect.
