These tacks were well made, looked very nice and were exactly as described in the advertisement. I ended up returning them because they were longer than expected and would not work for what I needed them for, but that was my fault.

These are very sturdy and well made. The shanks are longer than I expected, so I had to cut them down bit for my particular project. I recommend drilling a smaller pilot hole so you don't split the wood on your project.

These are not the simple brass tacks you get at the box stores. These have solid heasd and sturdy. Use these for structural applications that you want to look attractive. If you just want a decorative look, buy the cheap ones.
