I acknowledge that I did not buy this product for it's intended use. However, I didn't expect it to crap out so quickly.Maybe it was user error on my part. I make wood signs and was using it for one of my projects. This was only the third time I'd used it and I noticed the flame getting smaller and smaller. I figured I just needed to refill it. That worked the first time but after that it just went out after a while. I gave it a a bit to let it cool down and refilled the gas again thinking maybe I didn't fill it enough the first time, but it just wouldn't light at all. Probably my fault for using it in a way it wasn't intended for, but I at least would have expected it to last up to 10 uses before it stopped working. Disappointing for sure. Now I'm left with an unfinished project a torch that no longer works, and some butane I no longer have any use for. Definitely don't use this one if you don't plan to use this for food. It's not meant to stay on for long periods of time.

I love the look of the product. I received the camouflage version as a Christmas gift. After opening and turning on the fuel, the igniter isn’t lighting the flame. Emailed the company and it won’t go through. It states there was an error and to try again. I’ll be returning the product.

If you camp and like fires... you need one. Been camping for 20 years, this is the single best way (and most fun) to light the charcoal for the grill. It also works great to light the kindling for a campfire. Haven't really used it for much else... stubborn camp fire won't light... this works great. I have bought all the items you see around, Pitch, Starter paper, the little Marshmallow looking starters.. in truth, they all work... but this is so much cooler and more fun! I leave one in the RV, and bought one for the house. I have other torches, but the fact this one works so well with the little green camping propane bottles make it a must have.

High quality, super easy to use & fill, easy to control the size of the flame and/but no crazy big flame even when high so easy to hit ur target without over-flaming and risking burning ur work area (Ive had torches that were more like flame throwers & the flame wasnt as controlled even on low). Highly recommend for many applications (baking/painting/cooking).

This looks like such a sturdy torch however the ignition failed after its second use. The inner ring for the ignition actually flew off in the middle of soldering.

Praktisches und handliches Gerät zum Flambieren. Einwandfreie und einfache Funktion, brauche ich zwar nur ab und zu, ist nicht im Dauergebrauch. Möchte ich aber auch nicht mehr missen.

Bought it to top off a creme brûler. It works well easy to use . I even light candles. It is small and fits in the palm of your hand . It requires butane once the cartridge is empty.
