I bought one shelf to organize my copies. I struggled with assembling it, if I'm honest. It kept coming apart. I used painters tape to be the extra hand in the project which helped a lot. I did ultimately buy another one because I love how they look and how they can hold long pieces of paper. I may purchase yet another in the future.

The item is difficult to put together due to having to line up 5 different loose pieces to fit into several slots on one board at the same time. Even with a second person it was challenging. When all the pieces are together and all slots are fitted as they should be it, it is stable. However, there is no "locking" mechanism, so should one wall come apart from the whole - we would be back at square one to rebuild. I built it at home intending to bring to work so traveling makes me nervous so I'll put tape to stabilize. Minus one star because I shouldn't have to put tape to stabilize for the price. The material in and of itself is sturdy, I expect the shape will remain strong for a long time.

I needed something to hold the heavy paper that I use to make art prints. I wanted something wooden. But I needed it to be at least 13 inches wide to hold A3+ paper. This fit the bill but I was concerned about the reviews that said it was foam board. Don't worry. It is very sturdy. Feels almost as strong as solid wood. Easy to assemble. Took about 10 minutes to put together while watching Netflix. Works great. No Sag. Go for it! I may buy a smaller model for other "stuff."

There were no assembly instructions, so it took about a minute to plan the assembly. That's not as big of a deal as the pieces kept popping back out of the openings during assembly. This was telling as the unit would shift with slightest touch and fell apart very easily.

This is not wood. It is foam. It is not easy to assemble and can break if you can't get em together. It's ok....but imo I would not have bought it if I knew if was foam board and not wood.

Like a plastic puzzle that falls apart when you pick it up. Would be ok for 1/3 the price but quality is far too poor to justify this price.
