The product was in excellent condition. The seller couldn't have been more accommodating. Even when my lack of knowledge caused me a little problem with setting up the remote, the seller contacted me and walked me through it. Now I'm taping to my heart's content. I'm very happy with my experience on Amazon.

Plugged in and tested with multiple problems.The remote did not work with the device. I tried multiple batteries with no successThe device did not rewind or fast forward to the end of tape.Buttons on the front failed to work properly without the remote.Horrible, avoid and read these reviews, no sure how I was stupid enough to order with all the negative comments.

Packaging was good. VCR did not work. I tried three different tapes. I did a general cleaning (inside was very dusty) and despite efforts this was a wasted effort. Very disappointed.

It took me two weeks to get it to work. Even after downloading the manual from the internet, But l still have to buy a new remote because some of the buttons on the remote dose not work. So l had to order a new remote.
