I had issues with the first vcr I bought, but they went truly "Above and beyond" to make things right.I would not hesitate to make another purchase from Mr Transistor.

Was lost for a while & looked like it had been dropped. Had a small crack on the entry door and you really have to work to get the tape out. Very dissatisfied. I wanted to return it but there was a no refund policy. I gambled and lost on this one

Player works great and included the original remote. Shipping took about 26 days from the time I ordered until the time I received it. Was going to send it back since I found a player in my basement, but it has a remote and didn't want to pay the shipping cost.

I ordered a VHS deck and I recieved a VHS deck, no Manual, no remote. It arrived dusty even a small cobweb was included around composite inputs, and deck has scuffs, etc., obviously a home packaging job. But it does play VHS tapes.

Awesome so far! Have used it to convert hundreds of VHS tapes to my Mac without any issues. No remote, not problem. Gets the job done without one!

It played very well. Great picture quality. Load and eject worked perfectly. Then I tried to rewind a tape. No go!It started rewinding for about 5 seconds and then quit. Tried other tapes. Same results. Good news - it did not eat any of my tapes.
