Spent days trying to find a souffle dish small enough to work in a Lux Mini Insta-Pot. Wasn't sure, and ordered with crossed fingers. Just what I needed.

These are exactly what I wanted for making chocolate soufflés. They seem to be designed specifically for soufflés given the straight walls and the inner ridge for supporting the rising puff. Plus, these are about a quarter of the price of similar dishes sold at other cooking supply retailers. Five stars.

Great for individual souffle or larger top crust pot pie. Porcelain is of good quality and contents are properly cooked.
