This locking flush pull latch is constructed out of polished stainless steel and measures approximately 2 3/8" OD x 1 3/8" D overall. It has a panel thickness of 7/8" W and it requires a cutout measuring approximately 1 7/8" Dia. It has (2) 1/4" Dia. mounting holes (hardware not included). Includes (2) keys.

In my opinion worth the expense. I live in southern Florida, so the heat usually cracks the plastic latches. This is metal and of good grade. Plus it locks and helps discourage some of the little pirates.

Nice finish on it, looks good, easy 2-screw install in 10 minutes. Be aware that the whole unit can be twisted so that the latch gets turned away from the locking plate. It could use an anchoring screw that secured the latch into the door frame instead of just clamping into a circular hole.
