The spotting scope seems to be a decent optic. Very clear. Well made. Easy to focus. The tripod leaves a lot to be desired. Very flimsy. Hard to keep steady. If you want a good scope, by all means buy this one. If you want a good tripod, look elsewhere.

this is a well designed scope. The image is sharp with . no distortion or abberation.adjustmenrs are smooth and better than expected. worth twice the price. compare to Gosky and other brands, about 2 lbs, solid construction. A good choice . I have returned lesser pieces of junk. Tripods are a low cost add on.

Poor glass, poor focus, works well if not trying to zoom in at all. Can’t confirm the zoom but seems much weaker than advertised compared to some of my higher end spotting scopes.

As a lot of people have said, the scope is great but the tripod is less than. Hard to adjust and never solid enough to stay still.

This spotting scope has horrible eye relief, image clarity was literally trash. I was looking at an odd angle just to get a glimpse of what I was looking at and even at 50 yards, photo clarity was just absolutely horrible. The tripod stand on this thing is super flimsy, light wind causes it to say back and forth so much that. I just packed it back up and tossed it in the box it came with to return back to Amazon. There was always a light spot on the camera attachment which came from the scope. It made using you phone a task that is impossible to carry out.

Like my title says decent scope for the price but the tripod is garbage, not sturdy enough for the weight of the scope.
