This product is a very handy washable fabric stiffener. It's perfect for textiles. I've used it on hand crochet pieces to add a stiff form, for quilting, embroidery, as well as applied it to the edge of cut knit fabric to aid in creating a cover stitch hem. It washes out. So much better than having to press in fusible interfacing for a hem or mixing up old fashioned heavy starch.

As a cheer mom and cheer coach this is my go too. Sometimes I have to switch bottles because the sprayer gets clogged but other than that it’s great. It’s easy, it’s quick and it stiffens to perfection

I do like this product, but the three stars is because it takes ALOT of this spray to get he yarn to fully be saturated. For a big project I would need several bottles. Maybe I’m not using it right? It does work great, just on the surface, and I noticed where I had my macrame hanging, by a floor vent, it has loosened up since it’s been warmer in my house. I was in a pinch and found this, it worked for the time being, and it was worth the price. There really isn’t a scent which is great because I can’t do harsh scents. It sprays out white so you can see where you are spraying and then dries clear. Eager to see if there is a bigger bottle, or if I am supposed to be doing something else fancy with this product during use.

It doesn’t work. If I could leave no stars, I would. The nozzle clogged up several times and one bottle isn’t enough to stiffen 2 yards of fabric to stabilize before cutting. This product did add a little body to the fabric but did not make it paper-like for easy cutting or sewing. I don’t know if you had a gallon of this stuff if it would do the job, but it doesn’t not work according to the directions on the bottle. Totally useless.

I have shirts that have V cutouts at the neck and the sides kept flopping over, which did not look very neat. I spray some of this on both sides and it stays put like it should look. I had tried another brand previously and it clogged up right away, but this one did not.

This product is okay - it does stiffen fabric and yarn projects, but leaves a very white stain on anything that's not white, and doesn't hold with any real stability or firmness. I used these on some crocheted baskets I made that were really floppy. I hung them upside down and sprayed them until they were soaked, let them dry, turned them inside out and repeated the process a few times. I even bought a second bottle to really give this a fair shot. It did add some stiffness so the baskets stood up on their own, but they still flopped when moved or touched. Plus, it turned a blue basket into a chalky grayish color. Not really worth it for projects like this.

Bin ich zufrieden mit der Rezeptur nur leider funktionierte die Pumpfunktion der Flasche nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr, so dass ich das Mittel nun in eine Schüssel geben muss, um es dann mit einem Pinsel auf die Textilien aufzutragen. Eigentlich Schade für den Preis.
