I always bake my bacon and I prefer to put it on a rack when I do. My wife has a variety of cooling racks that are nonstick and I had been using them, but cleaning them without damaging the nonstick surface was a bit of a pain. Since this is stainless steel, I just pull it out of the pan while it is still hot and use a stainless steel scrubby and it cleans up easily. One point to note - it doesn’t fit inside of my baking sheet completely. It is about 1/8 inch too long for it to set on the bottom of the sheet, but I can handle that for the value and ease of cleanup.

Appear to be good quality, plan to use for baking chicken wings and possibly making jerky.

These racks work great! I used them to make oven fried chicken, they held up well, and didn't warp. Some little bits of chicken stuck to the racks, but just a short soaking in warm water, and it all came off easily, and no discoloration. The reason for four stars, is, it would be nice if one rack would fit a standard baking sheet, but I was able to layer the two so they would span the whole sheet to hold eight good sized thighs. Overall I'm very happy with these sheets.

This sturdy easy to clean rack makes my bakers sheet much more versatile. I have half sheets but only cook for myself as a rule and this scales down perfectly for an individual.

Great for the kitchen even for the occasional oven user. It's just nice to have a wired cooling/baking rack and can have applications outside of cooking.

Purchased for cooling hot bread and was happy that the stainless steal was thick and well made. Ive had others that were too thin and broke. Great quality and I recommend

Ordered: 26March2023. Spring Chef 12" x 17" , set of 2 Stainless Steel Cooling and Baking Rack. ASIN: B07X1WHNHZ. Order received; 3April2023. order 2 sets = total of 4 racks. A 1/2 Size 12 x 17 inch "Spring Chef" Cooling & Baking Rack, (order same delivery), "Spring Chef" claims "Fits inside a 13" x 18" Half Sheet Baking Pan or Cookie Sheet".Comes in Heat shrunk cellophane plastic. Not 100% Right Angle Square & Bowed UP in middle. Are a made in china. I'm having trouble making 2 of them fit inside the measurements for a Advance Tabco 18-8A-26 Full size 18"x26" (46cm x 66cm) size sheet pan.Would NOT recommend if wanting to fit inside baking sheets or pans.
