Meets my expectations about size, color, quality, functionality and durability. My 6 years old boy used it for a formal occasion, easy to wear, comfortable. I had to wash it because my son “attacked†the chocolate fountain and it keeps the knot shape.

The Medium fits my 5yo perfectly! I love the zipper concept, and it works very smoothly. There are silver zipper-stops on either side to prevent possible strangulation. Thank you!! (But one just came off as I was typing this! Oops!) It’s a lovely rich red which he wore for singing in a Christmas concert. He got butter on it, and after a quick wipe with a napkin, it just looked like a shadow. Now several days later and still no extra cleaning, I can’t even tell where the butter was! Yay for being kid-proof! (And busy-mom proof!)

I needed a red tie for my 5yr son to dress up as Dr. Charles Richard Drew to celebrate Black History Month. I’ve never purchased a tie online I’ve pretty much stuck to brink and marter stores. He has quite a collection of both long and bow ties but he requested a blood red tie for this event so I went searching and I found this here.Imagine my amazement when I opened the package and found the tie in a very lovely box (better than I get from Macy’s). Also the quality of the tie is excellent, a little silky and wrinkle free.I love the zipper closure and the double tie stays at the back making no need for a tie pin.The only con I could mentioned is I should have purchased the next size up. My 5yr old is almost 5ft tall so the medium tie will not last very long.I will definitely purchase again in the other colors.

I have ordered and used these twice for weddings my son has been in. I really do like these ties. This is the second one I’ve bought and they are easy to get on and off. The color is exactly as depicted.Pros:Easy to get on and offWell made satin fabricCan not tell it is a zip tie when it is onEasy for my son to useYou don’t have to tie it!Cons: does not stay tightly zipped. I find that I need to retighten it multiple times throughout the night. However, it lasts long enough to look great for pictures and ceremony, and is easy to retighten quickly.

So, I admit when I ordered this I had no idea what a zipper tie was. I bought it because it was the color I wanted for my son. As soon as it was delivered I opened it to check it out and HOLY WOW! This thing is a game changer, so much that my 4 year old can do his tie himself and I don't have to worry about having to retie it!!! So easy to use, the color and fabric are beautiful and soft, it's going to be stunning!

I bought this tie for my 10 year old son for a wedding. The tie was nice and appeared to be very good quality especially for the price. However, the entire tie ripped off of the frame/zipper when I loosened it up to take it off of him. Luckily, it was at the very end of the reception and we won't need it again. I would return for credit/exchange but someone in the clean up crew threw it away seeing it was damaged. If in need of another tie, especially for a one time use, I'd buy again. Thanks.
