Works as advertised. Setup is very straight forward, and they stay put very well. adjustment is easy and they are sturdy.

Falls down constantly. I followed directions for install but the rod keeps falling down. The curtains are not particularly heavy & I have 2 other similar rods from another vendor that never fall down. Junk.

I usually buy curtain rods elsewhere but thought I'd give these a try. They're a little more expensive than the ones I usually buy but I can see why. The quality is excellent. They are sturdier than the cheaper ones I've usually gotten which is why I'll be buying these again. There's no slippage either. The curtains have stayed put. So worth it.

These rods are stronger and better than the cheapie tensions rods of similar size, and I'm glad I got them. I use rods like this for all kinds of things: making a curtained closet at the end of a narrow hallway, vertically as organizers in cabinets (the shorter lengths) and on shelves, etc. I am using this pair over my sink, between cabinets hung on either side of a window, to have a place for S hooks to hold things like measuring cups, clipped ziplock bags that are drying, utensils, etc. I staggered them, small end on the left of one and on the right of the other, which looks a little more designerish than having them turned the same way. The end caps are much nicer than your usual cafe curtain tension rods, stay on better, and don't mar surfaces. I think these tension rods, and all tension rods on the market, really, are overpriced. The cheaper ones are bad to bend and lose their caps, so these are an improvement and I'm glad I got them. They did ship free, so I can't complain.

These are not what I think of as tension rods. They are adjustable but do not contain springs. So basically you twist it out to fit snuggly in your door and then slide it into place. It is rigid... no pulling it back and snapping it by spring into place.. It is working well for what I needed but may not be everyone's ideal. Also, it was much narrorwer in diameter than I expected (approximately as thick as my forefinger). This would not be an item I would use to support any substantially heavy display, for example. I am not thrilled at paying $10 each for them (box of 2), but for a light curtain in front of a standard 32" doorway and it works well enough. I do think they are overpriced, as well as over packaged. A 2-pack of rods, measuring about 3"X24", arrived in a box that was at least large enough to hold 10 pks of these, and 3 ft long. I do not understand all that unneccessary packing for 2 little tension rods.

The curtain rods were exactly what we wanted. They work perfectly and look very nice. And they are sturdy, not cheap looking. And the price was great!

I use these to hang beaded curtains separating one open/doorless room from another. They were SO easy to hang up, and even with the curtains getting pulled on frequently they haven't fallen down yet. From what I can tell now these are a great deal, not just cheap little straws.
