Recently went through & purged literally, thousands of photos from the 1970's through the late 1990's because back then it was ALL FILM. Great thing about these pencils you can use them on various surfaces but I especially like using them on photos since they're SOFT & won't mar the FRONT of the photo.

A bit pricey, but if they do the job and protect photos...worth it! These may make it possible for generations to come to know the details about photos. Easy to use and don't seem to smudge.
