This stained glass jig is good for building stained glass boxes, allowing you to hold two pieces of glass at a needed angle while soldering. The jig itself, while listed as "stainless steel", is actually plastic with three steel rods. It's a simple design, and I'm not sure it's worth the asking price, but if you do need a jig for joining glass panes at a specific angle, it's handy to have available.
