Here's a tip for you：
1.Make sure to thoroughly clean the surface first. I used rubbing alcohol and let it dry.
2.Cut using a straight edge and a single blade. This is easier and gives you a more exact cut than scissors. If the piece is a hair too big, you can trim it down. Make sure it isn't too big. If the piece extends before the glass, it won't get a firm "seal" with the glass and may peel off.
3.Drench the glass with a spray bottle first, then use a plastic spackling knife or something like a credit card to press it down and remove any air bubbles. This will also remove all of the excess water.
That's it! It looks beautiful when the light shines through it and is totally gorgeous at night, too. Highly recommend!

Easy to install, when the sun shines through it leaves a beautiful color on the floor and wall. It was very inexpensive. The size and stickiness was perfect.

Personally I had a hard time cutting it, but I think that was a user error, it’s pretty to look at but it doesn’t shine in a rainbow into my house but I’m not docking it a star for that because I live in an apartment and I don’t have sun shinning through that window. But I love it for privacy.
