It works as well as my old one that was over 20 years old but starting to rust so needed to replace it. Cross my fingers this one doesn't rust. Not sure what metal my old one was made of but this is supposed to be stainless so should help. Shipping was fast it was here next day.

This works differently from our old sifter, which was beginning to show rust marks, so we are happy with the circular wire mechanism over the old flat blade type.

Very traditional style sifter. Easy to load due to its size. You need to be mindful of how you tilt the sifter as you’re using it , as it’s angled and as you turn the handle, the flour tends to puff up. Works well enough and easy to clean.

This sifter reminds me of the one my Mother used and that I used growing up. It sifts flour very well and is so easy to use. The only drawback is the wooden knob/handle. It could be just a little bigger and seems to be cheaply made, feels very light. But overall, I really like this sifter.
