I can confirm that my experience with this icepick is good.I've had similar experiences with other new icepicks but they get dull in a few months. This one has been promoted as "stainless steel" and SHOULD last much longer but I am not yet able to rate this aspect

Anybody with a freezer that defrosts on the regular knows the nightmare that is the ice cube tray that turns into a big iceberg of stuck cubes. You need this ice pick. It has the heft to power through the ice monolith in your freezer. The Titanic could have survived if there was somebody at the front of the ship chiseling away at the iceberg with this ice pick before it hit.

It’s sturdy, not heavy or bulky. Good quality and durable. Can definitely be heavy handed on large chunks of ice

I haven’t used this much but it does a good job for chipping the ice. It fits well in my hand and as clutzy as I am it was easy to grasp. I’m pleased with it!

In the description stated that sheath was included but there was not one! SAFETY ISSUE IGNORED! SEND ME MY PROTECTIVE SHEATH, COVER!
