Very easy to clean and less time consuming than my other waterers. The filter is easy to install and uninstall. The filter does trap a lot of gunk such as food particles. The particles in the pan (pic 3) came out of the filter when I shook it to see if it could be rinsed and reused. So rinsing and reusing it more than once is a big No! My biggest complaint is there is not a window to check the water level so I spill water everywhere when lifting the lid to check. The motor just hangs in the tank, suspended by a flexible tube. The unit is very quiet. It came with a sponge, two water filters, and two pump filters. I have not checked the prices of the filters and as shown in the picture, they are unique so they can't be replaced with a more generic filter. I love the large pan so my Greyhounds have no obstacles to clean fresh water when they need to wear their kennel muzzles.

I have used a few different fountains for my dogs. They are messy eaters and drinkers...always getting food in their water bowls along with hair. I love how most of the debris is left up top and makes for an easier clean. An annoyance for me is that the filter and pump are attached to the lid so it makes cleaning a bit tricky but doable. Another win is they it's stainless steel and not plastic...so much better for the dogs when it comes to bacteria and other germs. It's very quiet, and holds a lot of water, 2 gallons. Totally worth the money.

This has been a game charger for my thirsty lab! It is a bit difficult to fill as you have to take the top off but size makes up for a bit of inconvenience.

Changing it more than once a day with six dogs and you have to be really careful about water spillage, especially if you have larger dogs drinking out of this and when you are changing out the water once it stops flowing. Otherwise, it does make me change it more often which is great!

This is an amazing fountain which we predominantly use for our husky. This has plenty of water to last through the day, and the quality of the filtered water means she actually DRINKS the water — which is a far better improvement over simple still water (which gets gross and slimy throughout the day) and the other fountain we used to have, which was plastic and relatively easy to push over. In contrast, this fountain is quite substantial and stays in place, even without a mat underneath. It’s also relatively easy to set up and clean, and we generally replace the water ever 1-2 days. Highly recommend it for larger dogs.

No fancy bells or whistles. No timers or off switches. Just a simple, extra large fountain that keeps water fresh and filtered. My cat also loves running water and insists on using it as well, and it’s more than large enough to accommodate her and our dog.

This water container is great for my large dog as he drinks water pretty frequently. It holds quite a considerable amount of water which lasts more than a full day of use. It is made of stainless steel and feels very sturdy. I’m very happy with it so far and so is my dog :)

The 3-gallon capacity means I no longer have to worry about refilling the bowl multiple times a day, even for my larger breed. The automatic dispensing system ensures a constant flow of fresh water, and the two filters help keep the water clean and free from debris. I love how quiet the pump is; no loud noises to disturb the peace in the house. The stainless steel is both durable and easy to clean. This water fountain has eliminated the mess that comes with traditional water bowls.

I have recently picked up the PetNF Stainless Steel Large Dog Water Fountain, and let me say, I couldn't be more contented with my choice. This 3-gallon capacity fountain is great for my big dogs. They get enough water without my need to constantly refill it. The stainless steel design looks great and is super easy to clean. Besides, it could minimize bacterial growth compared to plastic fountains.Another big plus: The whisper-quiet pump-my dogs don't even mind it, it seems. In fact, it would appear that they love to drink from this flowing water since it keeps them interested and hydrated throughout the day. I just loved the fact that it came with two filters for keeping the water fresh and clean.The only minor complaints I have are that there is no water level indicator, so I would need to check it manually; and having a switch for the pump would be great instead of having to plug/unplug it. Those are very minor trade-offs if you ask me for such a solid product. Given you can get it for $75 post coupon, I feel it's a great value for pet owners. Very well recommended!
