- It's incredibly quiet. My dog tends to get a bit nervous while drinking water, but this fountain is almost silent. There's no gurgling or dripping sounds.- The capacity is impressive. The tub underneath can actually hold a bit more than what they claim.- There are various options for water flow at the top. I personally prefer the bone-capped waterfall for its nice design touch. You can also remove the top half of the bone, allowing your pet to drink from the little pool inside the bone or the basin. Alternatively, you can leave the bone off entirely, and the water bubbles up through the hole, running around the back sides of the top and into the basin.- The basin is deep, and my dog seems to prefer it over the old fountain. It can hold as much as a small water bowl.- One of my favorite details is the pump intake at the bottom. This design allows the water level to get much lower compared to the old fountain with a side intake. The old one's smaller capacity was even more limited because the pump would shut off while there was still water in the reservoir. This fountain's pump is designed to pull water up through the base, allowing it to go down to maybe a quarter inch (or even less) before needing a refill. At first, I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a low water LED light, similar to the inexpensive one I purchased that would illuminate in a cool blue and then turn bright red when the water was low. This dispenser doesn't have an LED light, so you can only gauge the water level from the side. However, upon further testing, I discovered that the water level in this dispenser tends to be much lower compared to the LED-equipped one. This could be the reason they opted not to include LED lights. My guess at the same time is that running it without the LED might use less power.- The 'anti-pull' plug device is a great feature. It keeps the power cable securely in place, and the silicone material helps seal the tiny channel in case you jostle the water a bit while carrying or setting it down.- The braided power cord is also notable. The part that sits in the reservoir has an easy-to-clean smooth cover, while the part that sticks out and plugs into the wall is a braided material that feels higher quality. According to the product description, it's made of 'anti-chew' material.Overall, I believe you won't regret getting this product.

I bought this water fountain to replace the last one I had, which was also a replacement. I like its style, the three filters it came with, the ability to hold plenty of water (I won’t embarrass myself by showing off my “amazing†math skills), and it’s quiet. It’s easy to put together as well as take apart to clean, and the water level can be seen, so you know when it’s time to refill it. Out of all the water fountains I have bought, I like this one the most. I really do hope it will last a long time.

This is probably the best item I’ve gotten for my pup since he’s come home! This fountain is quiet, holds a ton of water, and requires fill up only every few days. Strongly recommend for pet parents with bigger dogs. I placed this and his auto feeder on a crate, and he absolutely loves it.100% functional, prevents stagnant water, and is highly durable! Recommend getting a pitcher for easier refill

We have four cats and three dogs so a large water fountain is a must for us. Up until now, I had only been able to find ones that can hold 1 gallon of water and this is more than double that. The only things I wish were better about it are it is hard to refill, the water trickles down to the lower basin relatively slowly so I have to add some water to the top, wait for it to trickle down, and then add more. I haven't had to clean it yet, but from experience with previous water fountains I can tell there are a few nooks that will be hard to get fully cleaned. It was very easy to put together, it took me about 5 minutes. It comes with three filters and they seem to be high quality filters.

Terrible product. Difficult to assembly, even HARDER to maintain. Getting the stem of the water pan back onto the filter pump after refilling the water tank EVERY DAY is nightmarish, especially since the pump assembly won’t stay in place in the tank. The filters become filthy within two-three days. Only good thing I can say is, it’s quiet. Glad I didn’t buy extra filters because this thing is going into trash.

I love these water bowls for the pups. We have a German shepherd who is always shedding and his hair seems to always find its way to the water bowl. This bowl keeps the water moving and filters out his hair so they all have clear water. It comes with several cleaning brushes which makes it easy to clean the whole thing. It holds about two gallons of water so I know they have plenty during the day. So far the quality has been great. We have two of these for our dogs because I loved the first one so much that we got another. The price seems reasonable for the fountain bowl, cleaning tools, and a filter. The replacement filters aren't expensive either. The filter needs cleaned after 2 weeks and then replaced once a month.
