My set was missing 1 washer and a few bolts looked almost used. But quality seems ok for price

I misplaced one intake bolt and needed a replacement. These sounded like a good deal. I received 10 good quality bolts and washers. After comparing to the originals, they are about a quarter of an inch too long. I didn't check to see if this would cause any problems but others mentioned that too long of a bolt could hit a pushrod. I only needed one bolt so I shortened it to match the original. Shortening all 10 would be a pain though. The one I shortened and used torqued up fine.
