I needed two large roasting pans to make caramel corn for holidays. These are beautifully made, medium heavy, sturdy & dishwasher safe. I found on Thanksgiving that I had no good roasting pans; now I have two! Now I won’t have to use those lightweight disposable aluminum baking pans ever again!

I originally rated the pan 1 due to the fact the seller sold me the wrong pan. I ordered the pan with handles as shown in the photo, but it didn't have handles. Very upset by this. Then I decided instead of returning it, I kept it to check it's performance. It's a good size and stainless steel instead of teflon or any coating. I've used it 2 times already and it cleans well. But I did notice the the inside edges have stained slightly but that's maybe because I broiled it instead of bake. The broiling was short. I just hope it lasts a couple of years. Would have given it a 4 but based on the second cleaning, I'm giving it a 3.

I bought this stainless steel roasting pan to replace 2 cheap pans that I had to throw away because they just got too gross and rusty to use.
