Seems very well made and easy to use. Makes getting thickness for crust, cookies or biscuits even. Didn't think I would use the silicone mat but it is very nice and doesn't slide around. A very nice set all around.

I'm used to the old time wooden rolling pin. When we moved ours was packed poorly and it broke so I went searching. After reading countless reviews I decided to gamble on this. Boy am I glad I did. This truly only needs a light dusting of flour for the stickiest of doughs. I found the thickness guides to be easy to use and of good quality. I know some people complained about how you adjusted it but I found it to be easy on and off. Not to mention easy storage! They also have mm on one side and inches on the other. The rolling pin is lightweight but performs like a heavy duty pin. I love the silicone mat that comes with it. The mat does not slide around on the table or counter like so many other mats I've tried. The diagram and measurements are useful too.

It’s easy to clean, easy to get the correct thickness for baking and the mat included provides a template to get pie crusts and other baked goods sized properly.

This worked great...I wanted thin cookies and it allowed me to measure dough after rolling out! I also liked the mat with lines where to roll.

Good product, makes rolling out anything I'm going to bake a breeze. very easy to clean, can be chilled before use and, it feels very solid. I really like the thickness washers, they work well. My wooden rolling pin has been retired.Thew Silicone mat is a godsend, very easy to clean, nothing sticks and the measurements on it are really useful.

Just used this to make a Mary Berry Quiche, so easy to use. It works as expected, It was time to retire my 30 year old wooden one, it was extremely heavy and at my age causing discomfort. Love this new one, it was so easy to get the thickness right with the measuring guides and a lot less work, having to go over the pastry again and again to get the thickness even.

This is a good quality rolling pin. I love how large it is so we can make large tortillas. We have used it to make cookie dough as well and rolled them out all at the same height because of the measuring circles on the sides.
