The only included user guide was written entirely in Korean… which doesn’t help when you don’t speak Korean! (Gosh, I could listen to so many K-Pop bands if I did).I searched through all of the packaging, but could not find an English-language user guide among the parts and materials for this pan.This isn’t good, because there’s an important part of the manual users should note: “Black abrasive is a substance used to make stainless steel products shine. Before using the product, wash it thoroughly with vinegar and neutral detergent until no black abrasive remains.â€I personally didn’t notice a black abrasive on this item, but this is helpful information to have on hand.Regardless, this is a pretty good basic roasting pan, and I appreciate having the removable rack on hand for certain recipes. I love that I can now making breaded chicken cutlets on the rack without one side ending up sad and mushy, and it’s great that the lid can be used as a bonus tray for roasting a side of veggies. This set feels durable and well-made, so I expect it to hold up with regular use.Here is what the user guide said when I used a phone camera translation app, in case anyone needs it:“Directions and Precautions: Please read the dedicated manual carefully and be sure to keep the manual and quality warranty certificate.1. Any use other than the intended purpose is strictly prohibited.2. After purchase, please check for any defects or damage in the product before using it.3. Black abrasive is a substance used to make stainless steel products shine.4. Before using the product, wash it thoroughly with vinegar and neutral detergent until no black abrasive remains.5. Stainless steel products may have sharp parts due to the manufacturing process. Be sure to wear rubber gloves when washing.6.
