This bulb shovel appears to be very well built of quality material. The digging portion of the shovel is very thick and not likely to bend under stress. I plan to use it for digging weeds, especially in the crevices of my rock garden. I like that it is very narrow: 1/2 inch wide at the tip and 1 and 1/4 inch wide at the top of the 7 inch long shovel. I thought the shaft and the bowl were forged from one piece of metal but my husband said it was welded and ground smooth because he could see a teenie tiny flat spot in the bowl. He was impressed by the weld and overall quality. I also like the large straight-grained wooden handle and smooth rounded end that fits nicely in the palm of your hand. It does not hurt your palm when applying downward pressure. The only unknown is how well the shaft is attached to the handle, but I expect it was also done well. I just received this yesterday (Dec 12) and have not had a chance to use it yet, but so far I am extremely happy and pleased with this trowel and I think you will be also.

The small shovel is an excellent tool to have when taking care of chickens. It can be used with a metal scooper and rake that are like the shovel, small handled and sturdy. They are easy to maneuver inside the coop. You will definitely not be disappointed with this purchase!

The handle feels just right and the polished metal is a thick gage and easily stays clean after use. I bought a few more of their products I was so impressed.

I love this trowel! I wish the handle were a bit softer but I have arthritis so that could be why! Love the measurements and it is sharp and a great shape - highly recommend!

It’s really hard to find a good quality garden trowel that is wide, has a pointed tip and at least one serrated edge. The only things that prevented this from being the perfect tool are no padding on the handle and two serrated edges are better than one. Other than that it’s held up really well in a professional setting and is very strong when I have to use it with some leverage.BUT I am very disappointed that I came back to buy another and it’s not available any more. Why is it so hard to find this type of trowel? I liked and used OXO Good Grips brand trowels for many years and they were discontinued. Sigh.

I bought this for digging up pocket gopher burrows so I can then gas them with propane and blow them up! Works great for this purpose.

I needed a decorative bucket and soil scoop for a funeral. This came in a nice box, and is well made and looks and feels classicly classy. Can't speak for durability but I was pleased with quality and would recommend for an indoor gardener to fill pots.

Great tool for people who have back issues. It allows me to do more gardening without bending and hurting my back. The wooden handle is solid and easy to grip. I love the strap on the top of he handle. It makes it easy to hang the shovel on the handle of my garden bench. This is a very sturdy tool and won't easily break. It will probably last for many years.

Gevşek toprak aktarmak için çok iyi ama saksı dibindeki sert toprağı gevşetecek kadar sağlam olduğunu sanmıyorum, biraz zorlayınca güven vermeyen sesler çıkarıyor. Güneşe ve yağmura dayanıklı olmayacaktır, kullanımdan sonra kaldırmak gerekir.

Seit einem Jahr im Einsatz. Der Griff sieht noch sehr gut aus und das Metall ist rostfrei. Klare Empfehlung und viel schöner als das ganze Plastikzeug!

Sehr praktisch, ich mag gerne diese Geräte mit Holzstiel. Die Haptik stimmt einfach und man fühlt sich gleich sehr viel "englischer".
