I like these brushes for my current project. The steel brushes are designed in a good design. I think they will be durable. The price was great. Recommended for a relative short brush. I like the stiffness - not too stiff and not too soft. A stiffer brush might be preferred to clean off welds but that depends on your preference. (I am not a pro welder so take that with a grain of salt.). I'd buy these again if they wear out (as all brushes will if used a lot)

This was the perfect size brush to clean the copper core in the ionizer for my pool. The brush sent with the cleaning kit was small and did not last long.

I've been using them to clean aluminum before TIG welding. They have the perfect stiffness. Seem durable so far. Really happy with it.
