The model is well done. The core of the model is die case metal with a plastic hatch, and wings. The front hatch opens revealing the pilots compartment. The rear gunners hatch is molded as part of the body. The wings can be swung up or down as shown in the movie. A good addition to my star wars collection

Great looking ship and it's actually almost all metal unlike some of the crummier black series ships. Very cool looking and much better scale and sculpt than the hot wheels version.

Pretty cheaply made. Cool that it is made of metal. I like it, but I think there should be no pod bay up top. Makes it look cheap.

Inner plastic holding one of the wings is not perfectly aligned, so it doesn't move up and down like it should, it also makes it not look symmetrical with the other wing. Other than that it looks great.

This is a nice die cast toy with a nice amount of detail everywhere you look. It has moving wings, a top hatch that opens, as well as a rotating turret on the bottom. I think overall it's pretty cool looking, but if I compare it to the Black Series Tie Inquisitor, the cockpit size is much smaller and less detailed. It seems that Hasbro may have scaled this down to fit the larger wings in the same packaging as the rest of the Black Series.I've also compared this with the Hot Wheels Tie Striker and I would say that the cockpit to wing ratios are quite different in scale. I'm not sure which one is more movie accurate, but I think this one overall is a bit better. Hot Wheels has a larger cockpit with smaller wings, but Hasbro has large, probably movie like wings with a smaller cockpit. I do like the finer paint job of the Hot Wheels version, but Hasbro's doesn't have obvious design flaws underneath the wings (see pictures).

Lets say I'm a bit into star wars collectibles. I started with the last 70s, the galoob and kenner micro machines, even the original die cast ones. I skip the hotwheels versions, they just dont appeal. Hasbro has stepped it up with the new series and I have almost the full black series vechicle collection.I bought a bunch and packaging of one box was damaged, amazon would replace but it was only a few dollars so my son gets to open it. "Ive had to buy a open and unopened of each set since the 80s", backfilling pieces has become painful.I dont know about the new movie sets but even the 1 2 3 jar jar movie sets have quadrupled in value, so i risk the closet space.

Due to the intricate quality-this belongs in a case to be looked at and not played with. My son broke one of the Wings the first day. ðŸ™

Muy buena! Falta que la hagan más metálicas y que le quiten más plástico, que piensen en una base más novedosa a esta serie.
