I like everything about this drum throne except for the one thing I take one star away from in the comfort and that's the seat it's too bad it's not like some type of a memory foam inside for the cushion. All in all for the price you really can't go wrong with this drum throne. I recommend.

Purchased for hubby for Christmas. He says it’s very comfortable but could be a bit taller. He is 6`2†needs a little more height but loves it anyway.

The throne is solid and it has a bit of bounce, which is why I was looking for hydraulic. It's lightweight bit very sturdy, especially with the wide rubber feet. Just as other reviewers have mentioned, it only raises to 48" which may be too low for some players but it's fine for me.

This is a very nice throne for the money.That being said I returned it.First, the seat is quite large. Very comfortable just not ideal for the working drummer who needs to fit this in to a bag or trap case.Second , the hydraulic feel is very different if you’re used to a regular adjustable stool. I don’t like how it moved from side to side with no option to tighten it.This is just my opinion and experience. Other than that it is a great throne for the money.

I bought this for my boyfriend. He's a drummer and has a lot of back problems, but not anymore. This chair is very comfortable for him and eliminated most of the problems he was having while playing a 4-6 hour gig.

I was dismayed to find out that this throne does not go high enough for adults it must be a kids version.
