This seat forms well to you butt and its very and sturdy to handle bigger guys. I am 250lbs and it has no problems handling my weight at all. Comfortable

Feels like decent quality. Only complaint is it isn't a quick adjustable throne. But if you're the only person on your set then it'll be fine.

It's made fairly well, the butt groove is uncomfortable to me but maybe it will fit your butt better.

This Donner Saddle Drum Throne is definitely a place to sit while you play drums. It is covered in fairly nice faux leather and the stitching seems decent. The throne looks sort of nice as well. Sitting on it is a decent experience, but not great. It's a bit dense and hard for a cushioned seatOK that's about it for the positives. This thing is pretty cheap. The height adjustability comes from a bolt you shove through one of four holes spaced about 1.5 inches apart on the main seat tube.The seat has a receptacle on the bottom where the tube goes, and it has a wingnut-style bolt to tighten it down to the tube. That means you have to let that bolt be loose in order to swivel at all on the drum throne.This is something that's probably better than one of those cheap round black stools, but it by no means approaches the level of a premium drum throne.
