We have used a handful of these on various projects. For me, they work fine, but you have to be very careful when tightening the nuts for the two larger studs, as the body will crack and split open very easily. If you hang onto the inner nut with a wrench as you are tightening down the outer nut for your battery cable, you can avoid putting stress on the plastic housing.

Easy to install but it's on a boat motor so could not test. Water around here is a little stiff right now. Plastic casing could be stronger. This replaces one that broke while trying to remove wires.

I had my outboard Starter Solenoid stick, so the engine was running and the starter was engaged. This made quite a noise, I had to disconnect the battery cable to get the starter to disengage. This fixed my problem and I am back on the water.
