This starter solenoid relay fit perfectly in my 2006 Yamaha Kodiak 450i. When removing the OEM relay I found some green corrosion on the blades inside of the connector - so check that first! I cleaned up the corrosion and added some dielectric grease to the connector. This replacement relay fit perfectly. All connections and fit were correct. This relay was only ~$10 compared to the $80+ for the OEM part, but only time will tell if this relay lasts as long as the OEM (18 years!). 08/03/24

Works good but it would be nice it it came with the bolts. It's a metric size bolt and it won't cost that much more if two bolts where added to the package.

Installed and before I put back together , the Quad started perfectly. Put back together and on the first start there was a flash and the solenoid shorted out inside. It did not blow the fuse but the one leg of the fuse was welded inside. I have reordered from a different supplier. Put in a new fuse and shorted across positive and negative, no continuity.
