This product is awesome I clean everything in my home with it blinds, appliances, toilet, whatever you need. You can spend money on cleaning chemicals and still have stains with this hot steam every thing gets clean.

Small but mighty! Seconds to heat up and puts out excellent steam. Easy to move around and the attachment s are easy to change and use.

When I took this out of the box, it was much smaller than I expected it to be, however, I decided that I liked the portability of the smaller size. I unpacked it and noticed that it was missing the steel nozzle head and several gaskets for the other two attachments, and the instructions referenced a container to fill the steamer with that I did not receive, however, that item was not on the included parts list so I don’t know if some models come with it and some don’t, but I just used a funnel and measuring cup to fill the reservoir.I began cleaning my Kitchen and it was very satisfying to see the dirt and grime melt away from things I didn’t even realize were dirty! Though scant, I followed all the instructions included in the manual, and after about 30 minutes of use, the device started making unusual noises and something broke inside the handle and steam came shooting out the bottom side of the handle, burning my hand. This would have been a serious burn as it burned from the inside out, however, I was able to manage that with some items I had in my medicine cabinet, so thankfully, I am OK, but I think that’s important for potential buyers to know.While inspecting the handle, my husband turned the device back on and realized that the handle itself was heating up, which should not happen, so this was the indicator that something inside had broken loose and caused the steam to escape out the bottom side.I contacted Amazon customer support because I was having trouble with the exchange process and the person I chatted with was very helpful and sent out a new one immediately.I am nervous to try this brand again, especially without the Asurion protection, but I really like It’s compact size, the long power cord, and the long hose that it comes with, so I am going to give it another try. I am really thinking I should get the protection plan because I am concerned that it won’t last more than a few years, if that, but the protection plan is nearly half the cost of the item itself, so I’m not sure if it will be worth the additional cost in the long run.Based on this experience, I can only give this item one star, however, if I don’t have any trouble with the new one, I will probably write a review.

I like the unit. It works well steaming window sills floors, bathroom sink, toilet, and bathtub. It is a little uncontrollable when you turn it on. There isn’t a stop or hold the steam on the trigger. It just starts steaming. It can get away from you if not aware. I learned the hard way. If you hold it and then turn it on you will be safer. Holds a good amount of water.

I bought this because I saw them all over TikTok and I loved the long hose. This is the worst steam cleanser I’ve ever used. The idea is great but the output is awful. The handle gets hot and the water gets warm at best. It eventually gets things to come up but you have to work for it. I ended up using my 15 year old one to do the job.

Husband ordered this and we let it sit in the box before we opened it. I tried to use it on the grout that needs a good cleaning in my newer home but wasn’t significantly dirty. It doesn’t clean it very well (my pink clean scrub for $4 and a toothbrush works much better). I tried several settings. On my shower it’s slightly different grout and didn’t clean it well but actually loosened it to the point “crumbs†were flying out.The long arm is the best attachment but gets so hot it burns your skin and the way you maneuver it is difficult to not accidentally touch. You also have to allow it to fully cool between changing attachments.Overall disappointed and would not recommend.

I love this machine. I've been using it to clean the walls so far. It has 6 strong settings. It cleans well. The steam is very strong. It's versatile, you can even use it upside down. It's easy to use. The outlet cord can be a little longer, but the cable cord is long. You can always use an extended cord if need be. I haven't had any issues with it. I would buy if I were you.

Bought it for my husband to clean the grill tray, which is hard to clean by hand. It works really well if you just want to have an easy clean. Easy to assemble and add water. Highly recommend if you need one for cleaning kitchen stuff
