I purchased this economical steamer to add an extra layer of sanitizing floors due to having a dog and two cats. It’s super easy to put together and use. It came with two floor pads and I also bought two extra pads based on the recommendation to change them out if it becomes overly saturated. I was able to use one pad for our main bed/bath (laminate and ceramic tile) family room, kitchen, powder room, living room, office (all wood) and second bathroom (ceramic tile) with two full tanks of water and only one pad as it wasn’t overly saturating the floors. The long cord is a huge plus! My floors look great and clean!

This product produces a great amount of steam, which I feel is very vital for the cleaning process. It is lightweight but very powerful and the versatility makes it user friendly. A tank full of water lasts quite a while and allows for continuous cleaning without having to stop and refill the tank every few minutes. The machine works very well, and I highly recommend it.

When we remodeled our bathroom we used vynil tiles with a little texture. I hated them. They never looked clean using a regular mop. We thought we had to replace them. I decided to try a steam mop and the results were amazing. Using just water this mop cleans the floor well and it is dry in 10 minutes. We saved a lot of money and the cord is very long.

this is a wonderful steam mop. Its easy to use. It heats up fast and it cools down fast. No streaking. Just perfectly clean floors. I would definitely buy this again!!

So far the steam mop does a great job cleaning linoleum and hardwood floors. The cord is long enough to keep working into the next room without changing outlets. The design of the handle (4 separate pieces changing from metal to plastic) makes the mop feel loose when changing directions on the floor. Will be interested in durability as we continue to use the steam mop. No attachments for cleaning other than floors limits what can be cleaned.

The Neugo Steam Mop is fantastic! It's incredibly easy to use, heats up quickly, my last 3 mops were slow and did not heat up enough to generate adequate steam. Works great in thwe kitchen and bathroom. I love the adjustable steam modes, which make it work on hardwood, vinyl, and even carpets. The long 23ft cord and removable water tank are super convenient, allowing me to clean larger areas without stopping. The washable pads are sup[er easy.too. Overall, this steam mop delivers excellent performance and value. Highly recommended!
