LEGENDARY TYPE-X DNA Three years since the inception of original Type-X, we’ve taken an already proven platform and completely redesigned it from the ground up. All-new reflector geometry, all-new LEDs and all-new housing. We’ve increased the depth of the optics by 35% allowing for a perfectly collimated beam and the resultant increase in light intensity. The beam diameter strikes a sublime balance between width and throw and will send light right out to 1,050m. Four dedicated built-in wide-beam optics disperse light in the nearfield, and transition beautifully with the spot beam. Some people call it the little things; for us, it is literally everything. We obsessed over even the most trivial geometries and design elements to achieve a visually stunning luminaire. The 4mm 304 Stainless steel bracket features our signature shoulder armor with laser-cut STEDI branding. I have ran these in my Land Cruiser sir several years and they are very bright. They are also much less expensive than some of the other big brands.

4 stars as there is no support based in the US. I had to track down support in Australia.Other than that, these are well designed, solid, and install easily with provided pigtails.Packaging is excellent.Light pattern exceeded my expectations. Plenty of light extending to the sides immediately infront of jeep. Almost makes my 52" light bar unnecessary.
