The quality is fine. It is quite thin, although the pictures show that. I stuffed it down into a gap between my house foundation and patio, using the blade of a large screwdriver, and it didn't break apart. The length of the gap is 10', but the roll was used up after 2 feet of hard stuffing. If you are using it for a similar purpose, you will probably need more than you think.

Got this for the popular use of plugging up entry holes in house made by little critters. Works fine yet nothing exceptional about it. The price for this grade and quantity is comparable to most home improvement/hardware stores. I highly recommend using gloves as little metal splinters in fingers are not pleasant .

This stuff is seriously impressive and versatile, and I'm so glad I tried it out. I am so happy with this BLOSY Steel Wool Fill Fabric DIY Kit, 0000 Fine. I have a huge skillet that has become darkened and unsightly with use. When I received this fine steel wool, I was able to restore the shine to the skillet's bottom. It looks new again and nothing else came close to cleaning it. I like having the rolls so I can cut off the amount I need and then dispose of it before it starts to rust. It is so much neater. I do recommend this steel wool fabric. I think you'll love it, too!!

We live in the country where rodents, large and small, are a problem. They are always trying to get into the garage (and house!) and where I have gaps or holes, I stuff them with steel wool, which they cannot chew up. I got the 2-pack which gave me 20 feet of steel wool, used it to block a couple of areas at each end of my garage door where a couple of the smaller invaders were entering and that solved this issue, and I have a lot more for the next challenge.

This is a very fine steel wool that will not scratch your surface. Can be used during the finishing stages of varnished or sealed surfaces. In addition it has all kinds of cleaning functions as long as it’s fairly light duty work. There is a substantial length in each of the two rolls, but be aware the actual amount of steel wool in each foot of material is fairly minimal. That being said, this is still a good value for the money.
