Easy to use and fills in gaps. Works well to keep those little critters out. Thin enough to go in small places but roll up the strip for larger openings. Well worth the money.

Excellent roll of steel wool for good price. Easy to cut as needed and stuff in any holes as rodent deterrent. I also used a piece to smooth out scratches on steel storage cabinet.

Do not use a cut off wheel anywhere near this product. After I spent several hours filling in a ridge vent to exclude pests (it works well for that) I was cutting off nails to put some screen in place over it, one spark was all it needed. It spread quickly and I had to pull out probably 20 linear feet of material to contain the fire. They never taught me about THAT at fire academy. If I wasn't a trained firefighter I may have lost my whole house. 5/5*

The product is good, it seems like fine grad #0 and from it's weight and size it seems like it's all there. My only concern is that it was delivered wrapped in only a thin bit of plastic with the shipping label attached and it got pretty wet. This kind of stuff rusts pretty fast usually so I had to dry it out. Besides that, it's great.

It's steel wool...in a long reel. Only problem was cutting it apart when using in chunk but for the price it's fine. I used it to stuff mouse access points.
