These work perfect on bare skin. I’m a competitive body builder and needed to heat up my inner thighs a bit more. These have worked wonders for me. Slips on top of clothes, doesn’t slip at all on bare skin. I forget I’m wearing them after taking about two steps. I do 45minutes on the stair stepper and an hour for lifts, plus my 30minute drive time. They are comfortable and doing exactly what they are intended to do.If you are not working out and following the recommended use-that’s when they won’t work.

I was excited for this purchase. I have issues with my thighs and thought this would help while I exercise. The material is great, but even though the chart said the size should fir me, they did not. So I returned them.
