Worth the money. Simple but effective. As a fitness professional with 25 years of experience, my advice is the best exercise equipment is what you'll use. This is a simple exerciser. It's comfortable, portable, has sufficient resistance, and a snap to put together. The leg pads are sturdy and will rotate and lock into other positions. It comes with handles that also rotatate and lock to use for upper body exercises for your neck, back, shoulders, arms, chest, while also working your hands and wrists. After bilateral rotator cuff with bicep repair surgery, wrist surgery, cervical and lumbar injuries, and sciatica, everything from service connected injuries, this equipment is a valuable addition to my tool box. Buy it!

I Love this thing so far, I can use it any time and any where. It really works the areas that I need it to work. It's great quality made, nice size, and convenient. I'm glad that I found it!

You should not expect much for the price. It does everything it claims. I found it be a bit uncomfortable to use and the LED display on my unit is either installed upside down or was designed to be read by an observer. If you have short legs, like I do, and by short, I mean an inseam of 32 inches or less, I suggest you skip this design since the center part of the unit moves towards your... private bits.It does what it claims and for 30 beans, you can't ask too much. It's too early to say how reliable it is, but hopefully it at least 60 sets of 15, which would mean it only cost 3 cents a contraction.

I've tried similar products to target inner thigh muscles, but they never had enough resistance for what I wanted. This has the resistance, is sturdy but lightweight, and gives you a great workout. It took a few tries to figure out the best position to put it that was comfortable and most effective. Once I figured that out, it's been awesome

Great product for the first three days. Then the left strap broke. Why put such flimsy straps on great. product. Now I am searching for something the flimsy straps that came with the product. What a shame. I would have gladly given it five stars

mine arrived without instructions for assembly or use. No documentation about battery beyond label on shipping box stating Lithium Ion batteries.I assembled it referring to photos on this site. Simple, but really should have a basic info sheet in the box, not just the pieces.

Used it when I got it yesterday and today i used for just five minutes I can feel the sensation in my thighs. You can change up the tension which is great hate the weak straps that came with it other then that I love this device
