The cap that holds the gear in place fell out, I put the rack and pinion back together, went to turn the steering wheel and the rack jumped teeth trying to turn.

It worked great for all of 1 ride on my mudding mower after fighting with it trying to find a good way to mount it finally got it mounted and steering wheel sometime in that ride the cap fell off for the gear inside now it skips was great for a little bit but really cheaply made
