It wasn't horrible to assemble, took my time about 3 hours. Directions weren't the worst but not super defined. Definitely use the directions and don't skip steps. Price was a little excessive but "hey we want the kid to be happy with a truck bed ya know.. " Step2 quality is sometimes inconsistent but overall we are happy with it. The decals were way more realistic than the photos on the site.

( those are clean cloths on the bed I’m folding) .I love this bed for my 3 year old son with autism . Definitely need 2 people to put together I tried to by myself it’s impossible. As soon as I took the parts out the box my son was super excited. He started to cry because he wanted me to hurry and put it up. I recommend a drill as it is hard to manually screw nails in there is no holes yet you have to make them . Other then that it’s sturdy and only comes apart at the back corner when I tried to move it .

Product arrived on time, in 3 large boxes. Be aware that it is just the plastic bed frame, you WILL need to purchase the bunkie board/slats/foundation. I wasn't aware of that, but my husband saved the day with some plywood. He was able to put it together in an hour or 2. The decals take some time and attention to get right but it turns out great. My son is very happy with his bed! We haven't added a box spring yet, but it works out great that his mattress sits a little lower and provides some additional protection from rolling out of bed. We will add a box spring when he gets a little more used to sleeping on his own. Anyway the bed looks great, its plenty sturdy and we are completely happy with our purchase. Note, we didnt need a drill, the screw holes were perfectly fine and the instructions were fairly self explanatory. Just take your time on the decals if you want it to look great!

My son is a big fan of his new bed. He loves how authentic it looks and the working headlights. The bed did come with some scratches in the plastic. Also, you need some type of mattress support which didn’t come and I didn’t see that mentioned anywhere to be prepared. Ended up using left over wood in garage to make slats. Make sure to put decals on before assembling too.

Love this truck. Very well made, and quite large. Love the headlights. Sturdy, and worth the money. Was not at all hard to assemble. My Grandson loves it. A great gift from Grandma!!

Bought this bed a couple years ago for my son. It was perfect, sturdy, seemed like good quality. Had a house fire and we had to buy new everything, my son loved his truck bed so we bought what we thought was the same bed. The quality is not as good, stickers look cheap, it's just not the same bed as we purchased previously.

Great bed for a toddler. Grandson absolutely loves it.Does not come with mattress supports ,but can be added easily. Between the storage and the headlamps that light up and radio,he's in heaven...well worth the happiness in his eyes

Only problem I have is that I didnt receive the whole bed to assemble for my son's christmas present. He dont know its missing parts, however I do. Missing rims for the tires. Missing the front end and lights and back end as well as back end of bottom compartment.. You do need screws, power drill, and slats to put the box spring and mattress on. I did put what i had together because this is a gift and its perfect for him and he actually fell asleep in it tonight. If I had all parts, I'll give it 5 stars..Update. I finally got the rest of the parts and it looks good.

Mi hijo quedó encantado con la camaSolo tuvimos 2 detalles:1.Llegó abollada una parte, al lado de uno de los focos (que se muestra en la última foto)2.-En los detalles del producto dice que es individual y en la descripción dice que se puede adaptar a un colchón doble estándar (a lo que entendimos era un matrimonial), pero no, realmente es para un colchón tamaño individual.

My 3 year old son loves it. He didn't leave me until I assemble it couple of hours within arrival. Next day after first night'd sleep he kept coming back to bedroom every hour to check his new pickup truck bed and switch on headlights. It doecome with slat. I used my old slat and fits well. The mounding looks great with wheels. Totally awesome..

The item is falsely advertised and should not be listed as a bed. When someone buys a bedframe, the base for the mattress is included. Ad does not say the base for the mattress is not included. It was missing stickers. I looked into the Step 2, the manufacturer of this item, to learn they discontiued their sales on the Canadian market. Walmart sells this item for $399 and reviews are point to no base, missing parts. I asked the seller to refund me half the cost back because on no base and missing stickers and refused. Anyone looking at buying this product, I strongly suggest not to. Not worth the aggravation or money.
