Very lightweight and stronger than most 7mm cord makes this great to carry on trad multipitch climbs when you want 20 plus feet of cord for 3 point anchor. Very stiff at first, almost like wire you can mold to shape but it softens up with some use. Knots easy to tie/untie even at first when stiff. My new go to cord!

Excellent strength and the only tech cord I could find to go through the 6mm hole in Big Bros. The 25" length makes probably the lightest and strongest quad anchor around!

This is perfect for tying cordelettes and “quads†for use as climbing anchors. It’s a bit more stiff than conventional nylon or polyester accessory cord but is much less bulky. The 5.9 mm Powercord is actually stronger (19.7 kN) than many 8 mm nylon accessory cords (~15-16 kN). I highly recommend it but be sure to buy the length you need - the high-strength Technora core is pretty difficult to cut and you can’t readily melt freshly cut ends to prevent them from unraveling. I found the 18’ length to be perfect for tying quad anchors.

Used for attaching myself to climbing line for saddle hunting. It is very strong.

This is a quality cord as you'd expect from Sterling...the cord is fairly stiff but very strong. Probably best for anchors and not as ideal for prusiks but depends on your rope setup. Also because this cord has a Technora core it is not only very strong but also resists burning; cutting and sealing the ends cannot be done with a lighter or hot knife, you'll need to wrap it tightly with tape, slice it on the taped part, and then superglue (or use other durable adhesive) the ends to get the best result.
