Our kiln-dried ebony fingerboard is unradiused (both top and underside are flat), unfretted (no slots or inlays) and ready for trimming in your shop to fit a variety of neck widths.
Perfect for slotting custom fret scales.

IMPORTANT: Ebony is usually not uniformly black. We recommend using black fingerboard stain, as used by Gibson®, Paul Reed Smith® and other makers for darkening the streaks on ebony fingerboards, bridges and peghead overlays.

Really nice piece of ebony. No chips or gouges. Dimensions are consistent from end to end. The dimensions of the one I received are 20 15/16 x 2 3/4 x 9/32 (531mm x 69mm x 7mm).

Beautiful piece of wood except for the 3 inch plainer snipe on the finished side, fixable but when you spend 60$ on a small piece of wood you would think it would be in better shape.
