These sticky pads work great for older GPS mounts when the suction cup gets deformed from years on the windshield. These pads not only make a better seal but can be used like a double stick pad on mounts that need to be moved.These pads are two different sizes and the larger fit the old Garmin mount. They are surprisingly thick and seem like they will last a long time. The thickness is probably good for mounting to a rougher surface.Kit includes three of each size. Good thing because if you make a mistake while mounting you won’t be able to get it off and reuse. At $10 for the set makes them a little bit more than a buck and a half each which is a lot cheaper than buying a new mount !

My dashcam kept falling off especially after being in the sun for some time.This works perfectly fine for the suction cup. And it has been up for over two weeks and it has stuck on quite well.

I needed to replace the mount for my uniden r3 completely. The gluey rubbery suction mount failed entirely and started to actually melt and drip adhesive all down my windshield. It was terrible.I got a new mount and decided to use this device this time in between the mount and my glass to prevent the mess from the previous install.So far it hasn't budged and as you can see from the picture - it's clear enough that it's not distracting at all.Hopefully this helps it all hold up a bit longer and stay cleaner!
